[Pub Pbssb Association.] AUCKLAND, Jan. 25, The conference of delegates of the Boroughs of Newton, Newmarket and Parnefi, presided over by the. Mayor of Auckland, decided on Saturday' for the. half-holidays batchers, photographers and hairdressers being allowed to choose Wednesday, as provided by the Act.
