ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
[Fib Pbiss Association.] , AUCKLAND, March 29. ludjcw Moylan, arrested last night for finuksnjuss, was found early this morning in an unconscious state and breathing heavily. He died in a cab on his way to the hospital.. At the inquest a verdict of «* Death from apoplexy ? was returned. ' Itbe OXFORD FIRE. Mlv-I«NKi' Marsh,, who was severely tanpA'-at the- fire which destroyed his house. on Monday, has succumbed to his injuries, had died about seven: o’clock on. Wednesday -Bight.- Mr Marsh waa.avery old settle!, having arrived at Lyttelton by the Lady Nugent -about’ forty-two yean ago-. -He leaves a large'number of descendants to mourn bn death.
