The Auckland Rowing Club’s' senior four, Gibhoos, Cole, Barret and Keefe, arrived uy the Takupuna this morning, an route for Piston, to compote in the Championship Regatta,-Eeefo will be & competitor in the ChaKpmn, Sculls. The Lyttelton Rowing Club’s crew foe the Championship Regatta left Port last night in the Talcs puna. The Union Rowing Club’s representatives for the Championship and Wellington Regattas loft Lyttelton by the Tarawera hits evening. Mr sirs Crostie, Samuels, 6. H. Hobbs, G. Berry and P. Trenchard (cox) will represent tha Club in the Champion Pours at Picton and tha Senior Fours ah Wellington, and Messrs Crosbie and Samuels in the Champioa Pairs and Double Sculls at Picton, and in the Senior Pairs and Double Sculls at Wellington. The Captain, Deputy-Captain. Secretary and several other members of the Club went by the same steamer. The Canterbury Boning Club’s team will leave by fr-e Ta A:iau this afternoon to compete at Picton and Wellington next werk. The crews are as follow:—Senior Fours—E. M. Boulton bow. 10 t 91b; F. W. The men are all in first-: 1-n-s condition, aud from the form they have been displaying on the river should prove themselves well able to uphold the high reputation of the Canterbury Rowing Club.
