RECORD BREAKING. [Pea Pbebs Association.! NAPIER, Dec. iT. A feature of Saturday's bicycle sport* were the records established by Reynolds, of Auckland, who cut down all tlie New Zealand times from three to ten miles. The third mile was covered in Bmin 7£sec, the fourth in. lOmin 51£aec, the fifth in ISmin 42‘sec, the sixth in 16min 130£-sec, the seventh in Idmin 21|«ec, the eighth in 22min 18sec, the ninth in 25mm 16|sec, and the tenth in 28min 3£sec. Reynolds won the Provincial Championship. The wind blowing was against record-breaking. Cowell won the bracelet and the mile, and Oaughey the Ten-mile and Three-mile Handicaps.
