AUSTRAL WHEEL RACE, [Special to Press Association.! MELBOURNE, Dec. 10. At the second day of the Melbourne Bicycling Club’s sports, 20,000 people attended. The principal events resulted as follows Austral Wheel Race, of two miles—J. F. Woodward 270yds 1, S. A. Buc&nell 260yds 2, A. E. Loveland 300yds 3. There was a good race between the placed men, all of whom are Victorians, and Woodward just won on the post. Time, Smin 7sec. Ten-mile Championship—L. B. Scharpe 1, Spiro Turner 2, C. B. Reflow 3. There waa a brilliant finish iu this event, not more than a yard separating first and third. Time—2Bmin 26sec.
