[Special to Pbkss Association.] LONDON, June 22. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,876,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,072,000 quarters. The report of the Liverpool and London and Globe Insurance Company states that the net fire premiums for the year 1891 amounted to £1,479,783, and the losses to £989,605. After providing for expenses there is a surplus of £29,309, of which £23,000 baa been added to the fire reassurance fund, and the balance has been carried to profit and loss account.
