Captain Gill, who commanded the yacht Beagle, baa returned from Hong Kong. He says that Bell and Davis, whom he always knew as Broom and Douglas, treated him with every consideration. He resigned command of the vessel after the Honolulu trouble. [Received Feb. 11, at 12.40 a.m.] NEW SOUTH WALES PARLIAMENT. The Legislative Assembly passed the Customs Bill.
