In the Reichstag, Herr Wahcrichten asserted that Count Waldersen recently advised the Government to declare war against Russia. The latter at once denied the assertion, but Herr Wahcrichten reaffirmed his remarks. ST PETERSBURG, August 2. A. Russian loan of sixteen million roubles is announced. (Received August 4, at 11.45a.m.J The Czar is said to be willing to accept Prince Weldemar, youngest son of the King of Denmark, as Prince of Bulgaria. The subject may possibly be settled at the coming interview between the Czar and the Emperor of Germany.
