THE NEW VOLUNTEER REGULATIONS.
[Pan Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 30. The new Volunteer Regulations, drawn up as suggested in tha report of General Edwards, are in a forward state, and will bo presented to Parliament for approval. The* regulations provide for increased capitation on similar lines to those adopted in Australis, and if Parliament approve them Government only propose to bring the change on gradually. The uavals and two senior rifle corps in each centre will be the first enrolled under the new regulations.
