Sib, —Seeing the very graphic account of the champagne lunch given (query, was it at the expense of the ratepayers) on Friday last at Bottle Lake, to celebrate the letting of the Sandhills Eeserve to Mr George King, I think it only fair that the ratepayers should be informed what the very "favourable terms," as the Mayor puts it, are, upon which these reserves have been let. Perhaps the Mayor will enlighten the citizens. —I am, &c, RATEPAYER.
