Jke following was the Customs revenue collected erday :—Wine, £5 Is; spirits, £312 2s -dj tea, £9l 18s 4d ; sugar, £lB2 12a 3d; cocoa, £- 7s 9d; tobacco. £133 Ids 9d ; cigars, £l3 4s fid! goods by weight, £6 7s 8d; ad valorem, £94 10s; other duties, £lO 3s; total, £BS2 2g4d. Messrs H. Matson ani> Co. on Saturday last offered some important blocks of land for solo by auction at their saleroom, Cahhol street. None ot the lots, however, elicited bids equal to the reserve price placed upon them, and in consequence, they -were withdrawn from auction.
