A. B. Bobinson, of Gineganset Corners, Chenango County (U. 8.), is the owner of a mammoth cooler, in which he has now stored about 5000 barrels of eggs. These eggs are purchased during the summer at very low prices, and carefully packed away, and at this season they are shipped to New York, where they are sold for good prices as “fresh-laid eggs.” Mr Bobinson estimates his profits for this season’s work at £6OOO. He has also just killed and picked away two car loads of ducks (about 5000), received from Ohio. These are kept until May, when they grace the. tables of firstclass restaurants in New York. It is understood that a stock company is to bo formed* who will transact the same business on a larger scale.
