At Dunedin, a Light north-east wind; oloudy. A north-easterly wind flight) also prevailed at Oamaru, Ohristohuroh and Hokitika; but at the Bealey the sky was overcast, and a northwest breeze was blowing. Sea, moderate on the West Coast-; a slight swell on the Bast Coast. At 9 p.m. yesterday, the barometer had receded to 29*54, with a downward tendency. The following intercolonial weather exchange was received last night:—" Sydney, Monday.—Fresh N.E. winds prevail on the south coast of Australia, and light S.B. on the east coast. The barometer registered at Portland,29-8; Hobart,29-'8; Sydney,3oo."
