Bruce, and‘George Dryden.—-The Clerk reported thereceipt of second moiety of subsidy, £IOO7 17s; contribution on account Berwick roads, £100; sundries, £l2 6s 10d; total, £ll2O 3s lOd. - The Chairman of the Works Committee reported the result of ‘ the interview with the Works Committee of the Sydenham Borough Council to be that it decided to call for alternate tenders, the same to be submitted to the Board before acceptance.—Th e Works Committee’s report was read. They recommended that pipes be put in across Herr’s road, on condition that Mr Herr did the horsework, the Board to find one man to help him, that Bin. pipes be put across tho Berry road by! the Manor House j that din pipesdio put across Ollivier’s' road, provided Mr iwalsa wfil soontribute £1 towards the cost. .
