TIMABU. Monday, Feb. 3. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Ward.) V CIVIL SESSIONS. Richmond v. Ohaeles Geant, claim £2OO. Case adjourned till next sitting of Court. IN BANKRUPTCY. In be Fbank Poff, a debtob. —Mr Tosswill applied for a final order of discharge, which was opposed by Mr White, who appeared on his own behalf as a creditor. After the bankrupt was examined, his Honor, at Mr White’s request, adjourned the application and ordered the bankrupt to hand over his bank book and all other documents connected with his estate to the creditors’ trustee for examination - by him. _
