* Thubsdat, Maech 1. (Before his Honor Judge Ward.) CITIL CASES William Jones and Henry Peters v. Thomas Machin; claim, £9B 11s 7d for work and labour done and goods supplied. Mr White, solicitor for defendants, agreed to accept judgment for the amount claimed, without prejudice of a cross action pending. John Oldrey v.
