Tuesday, April 27. (Before the Registrar, at his Chambers, at 11 o’clock.) Ix BaxKßuyrcr, RE JOHX HESWOOD. Mr Wynn Williams applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. Order made as prayed ; creditors to meet on Wednesday, the sth May, at 11 o’clock. RE ALEXANDER ELDER WADDEL. Mr Wynn Williams applied for a similar order in this matter, which was granted ; creditors to meet on Wednesday, the stb May. at 12 o’clock. RE JOHN JAKES TURXBCLL The debtor, in parson, applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. The Registrar made the order, fixing the meeting of creditors for Wednesday, the sth of May, at half-post twelve o’clock. In the case of George Mitchell and William Dnnford and Sous, applications were to have been made for orders fixing the date of las* examination and discharge, but bankrupts did not attend in either case.
