Pursuant to an act to enable the Registrar of the Supreme Court to manage the real estate of deceased persons, entitled the " Real Estate Administration Act," and passed on the 27th of October, 1860, the Registrar at Canterbury of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, as to all real estate and all rents, income, and proceeds arising therefrom, accruing, or which may have accrued to any heir-at-law or devisee who may have been absent from the colony at the time of the death of the said deceased, hath taken possession of all the deeds and unlet parts, and is willing to receive and give good and effectual discharges for the rents and profits fo the parts let on lease or otherwise.
