SECOND DUCK HUNT.—The conditions, &c. same as first Duck Hunt. * In the Prize Boat Race all entries will have to be made subject to the liability of the winner of the Prize Boat to be challenged by the builder or the Stewards for a race against the winning boat with the prize boat for £5 a side, with £5 added from the Regatta Fund. The Stewards reserve the right to make any alterations in the above arrangements or in the rules and regulations, of which due notice will be given. The time of starting and the courses will be about the same as last year, but all the races will be started close inshore. (Full particulars will be published.) The Entries will close at nine o'clock in the evening, on the 29th December, 1862, at the Universal Hotel.
