THURSDAY, 24th APRIL LAND ON THE PERRY EOAD. MESSRS. J. OLLIVIER& SON .have received instructions from R. J. S. Harman, Esq., agent for the proprietor, to sell by Public Auction, at their rooms on THURSDAY, APRIL 24, Fifty Acres Freehold Land, part of rural section No. 48, situate and fronting upon the Perry Road, about half a mile from the south-east corner of the Town of Christchurch. Of this section, ten acres are leased until September, 1866, at £5 per annum; about eleven acres are leased until 1872 at £5 15s. per annum for four years, and at £11 10s. per annum for the remainder of the term; about twenty-nine acres are leased until 1876 at £7 2s. 6d. for one year, at £14 Os. for seven years, and £21 7s. 6d. for the last seven years of the time. This property has an unusually large frontage upon amain road, and is adjoining the contemplated site of the junction of the lines of railway from the north and from Lyttelton. The Rams will shortly ho on view at Mr. T. Wilkinson's Farm on the Lincoln K'o'id. The Auctioneers arc instructed to sell them without tho slightest reserve.
