Harman, Esq., agent for the proprietor, to sell by Public Auction, at their rooms on THURSDAY, APRIL 24, Fifty Acres Freehold Land, part of rural section No. 48, situate and fronting upon the Perry Road, about half a mile from the south-east corner of the Town of Christchurch. Kennawa}'. They nre large framed rams, fine and heavy fleeces, thoroughly acclimatized and suited to the requirements of the colony as well for heavy carcass as fine wool. . The Rams will shortly ho on view at Mr. T. Wilkinson's Farm on the Lincoln K'o'id. The Auctioneers arc instructed to sell them without tho slightest reserve.
