AUCKLAND.
The cutter Mar well arrived in Lyttelton on tho 26th, ten days out from Auckland. She brings no mail, and had no Auckland papers on board. Sir George Grey had not arrived. There was no news of interest relative to native matters. People were leaving Auckland in numbers for the diggings. Several vessels were laid on for Otago, among them the barque Breadalbane.
