RANGIORA. THURSDAY, JUNE 21. MR. OLLIVIER has received instructions from James Townsend, Esq., to Sell by Public Auction, at his Farm, Kangiora, on THURSDAY, JUNE 21, the whole of his Farming Stock, consisting of— Bay cart horse Do. mare Brown carb colt Chestnut gelding, carries a lady 7 well bred cows and heifers, the stock of the celebrated cow Steady, imported by tha , Canterbury Association A well bred bull out of Steady A well bred bull by the well known Brother 12 calves and steers. The farm consists of 70 acres of good arable land, fronting upon the stream of Southbrook which runs the entire length of the property. There are 60 acres fenced in with a good substantial post and rail fence; about 30 acres are broken up and partly laid down with grass, and 6 acres sown-in wheat, (which latter crop could be taken by arrangement). The proximity of bush and the admirable quality of the land render this one of the most valuable farms in this now populous district. It would be needless to urge upon graziers and breeders of first-class stock the important advantages afforded to them by a large frontage upon such a stream as Southbrook, the property being capable of division into paddocks all with water frontages.
