Upper Shotover, and terminating at the,special claim applied for by licensees from Bailey’s Beach to Oarnaghan’s Beach, Upper Shotover.—Granted. At the Magistrate’s Court, Queenstown, E. Dixon pleaded guilty to a charge of assaulting R..Cable, and was convicted and fined To and costs.
