Two popular young people of this district Mr A. Grant, eldest son of the Into Mr A Grant, of Lower Shotover, and Miss White oldest daughter of Mr George White, Lain Hayes, were united in the bonds of hol}

wedlock, at South Wyndham, on Saturday last. The ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. A. Sangstei, M.A.. took place at the residence of the bride’s brother, Mr James White, in the pr.-seucc of a number of friends. The gifts were both numerous and costly. Wo tender the young couple our heartiest congratulations.
