CHURCH SOCIAL.

Last overling a very large number of members and members of other denominations attended the annual meeting and social of the Arrow Presbyterian Church, The function was thoroughly enjoyable. Addresses ou church work and ecclesiastical matters generally were given by the Rev. D. Keay Fisher, the members of the Y M,(F\ . Dr Thomson, .Messrs McDowell, On*, and Faton. Solos were contributed by Misses Toll and Duncan, and Messrs Broadbont and Dickson ; a recitation by Mr Bradbury, and a quartette by Mrs Thomson, Miss MeLood, and Massr White and H. Orr. The ladies of tho congregation kindly provided refreshments. After votes of thanks to the ladies for supplying the good things and tho vocalists for their assistance, tho meeting terminated with prayer.
