GHASTLY TRAGEDY.
Twenty two corpses have been found in the Borussiu mine, Westphalia. There are indications thai the men starved to death after the explosion in Juno last. Thoy had caulked all the crevices with strips of their clothes to prevent the inrush of gases. The explorers, as in the caso of the Courrier's disaster, early relinquished hope that any remained alive in the pit.
