GIBBSTON.
(lake county press correspondent.)
Threshing is finished hero and the crops as a -whole turned out very woll. Barley went as high as 60 bushels to the acre, oats as high as 77 bushels, and the yield of wheat was most satisfactory. Potatoes are mostly a poor crop. In ono case one pbund of Northern Stars returned 561b. Turnips are not much, the rain coming too late to do them much good, as the time for growing is very short.
