FRANCE AND TURKEY.
PARIS. September 5. It is reported in Paris that France intends to seize the Turkish portion of the Sporades Islands if Turkey remains obdurate in connection with the Constantinople quays trouble. BERLIN, September 5. The Kaiser has recommended the Sultan to arrange the difficulty with Eranee at the earliest possible moment.
