ELECTORAL REFORM.
4» BRISBANE. August 29. The Parliamentary Elections Bill, introduced in the Assembly, contains some advanced proposals of electoral reform. It proposes to give a vote to every male and female over twenty-one years of age, and also to give a father of two or more legitimate children one vote extra. It also provides for voting by post.
