Fitzgerald’s Circus.

This monster show will open in Arrowtown for one night only on Thursday next, March 12th. The show is spoken of by our exchanges as being by far and away the biggest, best, aud most sensational circus brought to* the colony. They are again bringing: with them a very interesting collection of wild animals, forming the menagerie. Among the artists who have joined the circus since its last visit here is Mademoiselle Adelina Antonio,, whose graceful and daring performances on a trapeze and a rope some 50ft up in the air, are so sensational that it is with much satisfaction that the audience sees a strong net stretched beneath. This net receives her when she turns a triple somersault from the trapeze, and when she shoots downward in a double somersault from the very summit of the lofty tent. The other performers are equally clever, but our space will not permit of father details.
