James Attley, 90 days protection for extended claim, water-race, dam and reservoir, Arthur’s Point.—No appearance of applicant. Adjourned to next Court day. L'. M. Shore, and E. Sainsbury, extended claim, Upper Shotover. —No appearance. Adjourned to next Court day. The Warden stated that in future applicants who were not present on their application being called on, it would be struck out.
