(Before R. Beetham, Esq, JtM.) Patrick Feebly, landlord of the Roji Oak Hotel, Arrowtown, appeared i answer to a charge of assault brousjl against him by Martha Squires. Di fendam pleaded not guilty. The charg was a very paltry affair, and in dismia ing it the Magistrate remarked itshoul never have been brought into Court a all. ' I Civil Cases. Pritchard v.
