(Received June 17, 1 p.m.) London, June 15. fhe cricket match was resumed at Manchester to day. Australians’ first innings-, 144 ; Lancashire first innings, 46, who followed on for their second innings, when the stumps were drawn for 29, without the loss of a wicket. The Home team, in their second innings, only succeeded in scoring 87, and the visitors thus won the match in one innings with 12 runs to spare. At the cricket match to-day, Australians v. Lancashire, the attendance was but moderate, though the weather was fine. The highest scorer for Lancashire was H. B. Steel, who was bowled for 24.
