HARRIER CLUB

RUN AT HAMILTON. At the Waikato Championships held at Te Rapa on Saturday, the Te Kuiti Club spent a very enjoyable day, gaining first place in the sealed handicap and fourth place in the teams championship. Adverse weather conditions resulted in slow times being registered for the 6%-mile course, but four out of the six Te Kuiti starters completed the distance. M. Corin unfortunately put his knee out and was forced to retire, and R. Davenport developed a stitch and was unable to finish.
