HUGE INCREASE IN ENTRIES.
OUTSTANDING DISPLAY OF ROOT CROPS
BEST EXHIBITION YET HELD
Never in the history of the Te Kuiti and District Winter Show Association has there been received such a remarkable number of entries as for the exhibition which opened yesterday afternoon, and which is continuing to-day and to-morrow. The total, apart from those in the Competitions Section and in the School Section, is just upon 2000 in all, and the stewards, in spite of the large amount of space available in the new building, found the greatest difficulty in finding sufficient space for the exhibits.
The increase in entries is to a large extent attributed to the work performed by the country members of the general executive of the Show.
