FORESTERS’ TREE.
The Foresters’ Lodge organised a most successful function for the children in the Combined Societies’ Hall on Saturday afternoon. Father Christmas was, of course, • the chief attraction of the afternoon, especially when to him fell'the happy task of .distributing the toys from off the attractive Christmas tree. Games were played by the children, and ice creams and soft drinks were available to them. Afternoon tea was provided for the ladies present.
