KOPAKI GOLF CLUB
THE ANNUAL MEETING. The annual general meeting of the Wharepuhunga Golf Club, Kopaki, was held over the week-end, the president, Mr. J. Waghorn, being- in the chair. The officers elected for the ensuing year were:—Mr. J. Waghorn, president; Mr. Cathie, vice-pre-sident; Mr. Harsant, secretary; handicap committee, Messrs. E. Waghorn and Harsant; committee, Messrs. Halcombe, Needham, Cowper, 'K. Waghorn, Mrs. R. Waghorn, and Miss Trainor.
The subscriptions were increased slightly to permit securing the services of a greenkeeper in the club for the forthcoming season.
An invitation is extended to all neighbouring clubs to attend the opening day which is fixed for the 29th May.
