The New York Times publishes a lengthy article by Trotsky offering proof that he was far from Paris in July, 1933, where and when Vladimir Romm, formerly Washington correspondent of the Moscow newspaper "Izvestia" testified that he had met Trotsky in a park and delivered five letters to him from Karl Radek, Soviet journalist.
