DOMAIN ACCOUNTS
CAMP REVENUE BUOYANT. A special meeting of the Borough Council as the Domain Board was held at the conclusion of tha ordinary meeting on Monday evening, for the purpose of receiving the balance sheet, statement of accounts and report on operations on the Domain for the past year. The balance sheet showed assets as £IG7 and liabilities as £2 8s 4d. Camp fees received during the year amounted to £72 ss, showing that the camp site had been well patronised by the travelling public. The rental of the cricket area amounted to £3 lis 3d, and a grant from the Borough Council of £9 odd had been made to the Domain to make up the total expenditure of £BS. This was made up of additions to dressing sheds £l7, improvements to ground £2O, caretaker's wages £l9, mowing £25, and other smaller items. The work performed during the year included the topdressinp- of the sports area ,the preparing and banking of the cycle track, and dressing sheds had been erected.
