GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS
MISS KAY IN SEMI-FINALS. WIN OVER MISS P. BARTON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wellington, this day. The women’s golf championship quarter finals resulted:— Miss Wade beat Miss Greenlees 3 and 2; Miss Anderson beat Miss Helen 4 and 2- Mrs. Walker beat Miss Flemming 5 and 3; Miss 0. Kay beat Miss Barton at the 20th. Misses Wade and Anderson, both of Britain, and Mrs. Walker, of Britain, and Miss Kay, of New Zealand, meet to-morrow morning in the semifinals over 18 holes.
