DIVISION INTO PROVINCES. TO FACILITATE POLICING. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 11.5 a.m.) Shanghai, October 5. Manchukuo will shortly be subdivided into ten administrative provinces in order to facilitate policing. The provinces will be named Fengtien, Kirin, Pinkiang, Heilungkia'ng, Chinchow, Antung, Jehol, Sankiang, Chientao, and Hoiho.
