Rumours are revived about the state of Mr. MacDonald's health. Sir Thomas Herder, physician to the Prince of Wales, however, denies the rumours as to the delicate state of Mr. MacDonald's health. "At times," says Sir Thomas, "the Prime Minister is necessarily a tired, and often a strained man, but he is physically and mentally fit."
