BRAN AND WHOLEMEAL BISCUITS (Sweet). 2 Large cups Bis.ey’s Wholemeal 2 Large cups bran 1 Large cup flour 1 Tablespoon sugar or honey i lb. butter 1 Teaspoon salt 1 Teaspoon baking powder 1 or 2 eggs, beaten. Milk and water Rub butter in flour, add all dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add with enough mi’k and water to mix to stiff dough. Roll out in Wholemeal and bake in slow oven.
