PIO PIO W.D.F.U.

(To the Editor.) Sir,—ln reference to "Community Spirit," by "Courtesy," I should like to air my opinion, and by the underlying current I should suggest a little Kruschen in the morning tea. If Pio Pio were a larger commercial centre there would be a stall probably on every street corner, and each and all helping the other by buying a little from all, as per usual, with open-hearted "courtesy." The W.D.F.U. members need no encouragement in helping lame dogs over/ stiles in every corner of 'New Zealand. The King Country Chronicle would not be large enough to show the "justified existence" since the beginning if every page were filled, to my knowledge. One needs to go to the bedrock of these things before commenting on small details. Every member has a small paper (or should have), "The Woman's Creed," and it's well worth looking at by "Courtesy."—l am> etc., E. E. MURRAY.
