COLLISION IN FOG
AWAKINO RESIDENT INJURED. A collision between a transport lorry, driven by Mr. O. J. L. Zanders, and a motor-car, driven by Mr. J. E. Winstanley, occurred in a dense.fog on the Great South Road, near Horoitu, about six o'clock on Monday morning. A passenger in the car, Mr. R. Russell, of Awakino, received cuts and abrasions about the head, but after receiving medical attention was able to proceed to Auckland. Both vehicles were considerably damaged.
