Master Hayden George, an ex-pupil of the Te Kuiti district high school, leaves on Monday to pursue his studies at the Auckland University.
Mr. Dickinso'n and Mr. Law, inspectors under the Auckland Education Board, 1 have been inspecting the distinct high school during this week.
Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Haines left by last night’s express to join the Maunganui for Sydney to be present at the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Mr; D. G. Law, of Pukekohe, who has been promoted to chief clerk at Te Kuiti > railway station, was last night presented with a beautiful teaset and handsome clock by the business men and farmei'S of Pukekohe.
