MR. DE VALERA PRESIDENT OF CHAMBER. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 12.50 p.m.) London, March 9. The Dail Eireann reassembled and Mr. Frank Fahy, the Fianna Failite from Galway, was elected Speaker by 78 votes to 71. Mr. De Valera was elected president by 81 votes to 68. The Irish Free State Cabinet is: Vice-President of the Executive, Local Government and Public Health, Sean O’Kelly; Finance, Sean McEntee; Agriculture, Dr. Ryan; Industry and Commerce, Sean Lemass; Education, Mr. Thomas Derrig; Defence, Mr. Frank Aitken; Fisheries, Mr. Patrick Ruttledge; Justice, Mr. James Geoghegan; Post Office, Senator Joseph Connolly.
