PERSONAL
A very pleasant farewell evening was given by the friends of Mr. and Mrs. B. Collett and Mr. and Mrs. W. Thompson at Mrs. W. Swift’s residence on Monday evening. During the evening musical items were given by Mrs. Stansfield, Mr. Williams (Kopaki) and Mr. Phil Swift. A dainty supper was served and much enjoyed, after which parting gifts were presented to Mrs. Collett and Mrs. Thompson from their friends. Games were then indulged in for the rest of the evening, and the singing of “Auld Lang . Syne” brought a very pleasant evening to a close.
