DIVORCE CASES
LOCAL APPLICATIONS AT HAMILTON. In the Supreme Court sitting at Hamilton the following Te Kuiti divorce cases were heard yesterday:— „ Mrs. Martha Cotter (Mr. H. T. Morton) was granted a decree nisi from Joseph Patrick Cotter on the grounds of failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights. Mrs. Miriam May Ruby Sorensen (Mr. H. T. Morton) was granted a decree nisi from Henry Desmond Sorensen on the grounds of a separar tion order made in 1923.
