LINER DESTROYED
FAMOUS OLD ATLANTIC VESSEL. BURNED IN TWO HOURS. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 12.45 p.m.) London, December 10. A fire broke out in the famous old Atlantic liner, Empress of Scotland, which was docked at Blyth Harbour. The vessel blazed so quickly that the flames burnt through the four decks and in a couple of hours only the shell remained.
